1414417666 2014-10-27 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that H&P Flex Rig #385 had completed 2nd intermediate string and skidded the rig from the 2h. H&P Flex Rig #385 was tripping the hole to finish drilling the 12.25 inch vertical section. Washita Valley Enterprises Inc. was on site inspecting the drill pipe and walk around reveled no violations.
1415276698 2014-11-06 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that H&P Flex Rig #385 had drilled a 12.25 inch diameter vertical hole to the depth of 6691and ran 6656 feet of 9.625 inch 2nd intermediate casing. Halliburton was on site gained circulation and cemented casing with 879 sacks of Tuned Light Cement and 370 sacks of Halcem Cement preceded by 40bbls of Ecospacer and 44bbls of Superflush 101. Displaced cement with 509bbls of fresh water had good cement returns of 25bbls, plug was landed at 1100psi and pressured to 1600psi for 5 minutes and the floats held.
1472593779 2015-04-22 On the day of my inspection the site passed preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A.
-39013141 2015-04-02 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Mountain States Pressure Services & Well Services Rig # 168-03 had tripped in the wellbore with 2.875 inch drill pipe and was preparing to drill out the 1st kill plug set at 7319 feet. The 2nd kill plug was set at 7350 feet with the 1st frac plug set at 8195 feet. Weatherford Services had completed BOP testing with 5000psi on the low end and 8500psi on the high. Site inspection with Completions Consultant Jim Lake revealed no violations.
