The fittings on the wellhead are disconnected and the 1 gas line is laying off to the side. No identification (ID) signs are posted. Courhouse records show Rob Armstrong owns the land and the well. This well must be bonded and produced or plugged. Proper ID signs must be posted. The well owner must submit annual production. Failure to comply may result in bond forfeiture. 1/20/12 - Operator still trying to get pumping unit on well and it should be in production within 6 months. | ||||
