Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
751967540 2008-02-12 Inspection this day due to request from landowner that we plug wells in his corn field. He says very hard to work around - he has threatened to just take them out, but hasn't and it would be good to get them plugged. Has old scissor jack on it - very overgrown with honeysuckle so can't see size of pipe but believe it has casing with wellhead, with 2 tubing and rods inside casing. I believe should be Cow Run - can't find any information on them - so not sure of depth. Landowner has picked up the shackleline running to well so he can farm, is also another well down along river and a tank - 80 bbl? With no ID's. MIKE - need permit number so add to orphan file.
