-183540619 2013-07-24 The producing unit consists of a wellhead with mechanical plunger-lift unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery, The wellhead is located in a chain-link enclosure which is locked. Unit ID is good. The well is currently producing. There is a domestic meter tie-in at the wellhead also. The 8 5/8 annulus is plumbed to surface. I did not observe any signs of leakage or problems. The AST battery is comprised on two 140-barreil production tanks, one 50-barrel brine tank in a chain-link enclosure. Two mechanical separstors are located outside the enclosure. Secondary containment is good. Safety equipment is present in accordance with 1501:9-9-05.

Also checked the drain overflow between pond at Knollwood and well Qan-tab (High) off scale reading . Advised company to pump out the wet area along well then flush out tile going to pond.
