Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1416232843 2014-11-17 My inspection today finds the drilling rig, Patterson 332, is drilling an 8.75 hole at 7420'. They are currently drilling the curve and anticipate landing it 8100'. The rig is drilling with a 12.5 pound mud. There are several fire extinguishers located on site.
-1720249568 2014-03-17 My inspection finds Falcon rig 20 ran 418' of 18.625 casing. Allied circulated 836 sks of class A cement in place. I witnessed 20 bbl of cement returns to surface.
315496238 2015-01-29 I am onsite to witness the hydraulic stimulation activities of stage 21. 500 gallons of 15% HCL were pumped at the beginning of the stage. The well broke down at 6789 psi and treated at an average pressure of 7491 psi at a rate of 72 barrels per minute. I witnessed no annular pressure.
-444396033 2015-04-02 I am accompanied Inspector David Ball today. Our inspection finds the well appears capable of production with the production valves open. The tank battery is comprised of eighteen 400 barrel tanks set in a liquid tight plastic lined steel containment. A separate containment area holds five production units. The production equipment is shared with four other wells on the pad. The well pad meets the preliminary restoration requirements.
