Two unlined below grade pits located on site. Access road adequately rocked. Temporary bmp﾿s installed according to plan. Operator should continue to maintain all bmp﾿s until final permanent site restoration is achieved. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues observed.

No freeboard issue. Falcon was contracted. Falcon was waiting on Mechanic problem with Accouter. Anticipated depth to 4900 ft.

Recommend that operator continue to closely monitor and maintain township and all temporary bmp﾿s until final, permanent restoration activities have been completed.

Crew waiting the 8 hrs.

After, the 8 hrs, Falcon attempted to drill out plug but cement was not set up. Hence, Flacon added additional 50 sks of Class A using Superior. Waited the 8 hrs and drilled to 2021 ft to set 7﾿ pipe. Cementing the 7﾿ pipe at noon.
