Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
2210935 2013-09-10 No Violations Noted On September 10, 2013, I stopped at Chesapeakeï¾’s George Richter site for a routine inspection.

The pad has an Act 9 sign with the entrance coordinates and the street address; however the sign also has the multi-color Chesapeake logo on it. I did not find either a PPC plan or an E&S plan on-site. There were three well permits; one for the 6H well (059-25446), one for the 8H well (059-25692 and one for 10H (059-25466). At inspection I only found the 6H & 8H wells. When I checked later, I found that eFacts has the 10H well listed as モproposed but never materializedヤ. Both the 6H and 8H wells have well tags on them. There are three production tanks with good containment around them. I found no obvious spills. The pad is overall well-vegetated, but there was significant recent excavations on the south side that will need stabilized. As noted, I found some minor issues and will follow-up this inspection and make sure that Chesapeake addresses them.
