Perimeter BMPs have been installed and appear to be functioning as intended. The following BMPs were observed; Culverts, Wood Chip FIlter Berms, Rock Construction Entrance, Slope Stabilization, Drainage Swales/Road Side Ditches, Stabilized access road and well pad and Temporary stabilization.
This shall serve as the pre-operations inspection as required by section 3258 of the oil and gas act of 2012(Act 13). No violations noted at this time. |
