2036881	2012-01-24	Violation(s) Noted	There was the following violations on this site: 1. The onsite E&S site plan lists the watershed as High Quality(HQ) coldwater fishery. When constructing a site in a HQ watershed, ABAC BMPs need to be installed. On the toe of slope, sediment fencing was used. This is inadequate for a BMP in this watershed. 2. Stakes for the safety fencing were driven through the plastic pit liner. This comprimises the integrity of the pit liner. (Also, due to the holes in the liner, the pit can no longer be encapsulated.) 3. There was a small ditch that was dug from the well head to the pit. Contaminated material was evident in this unlined ditch. 4.
