The site is located in Morris Twp., Greene County. The inspection was performed as a routine inspection related to termination of the earth disturbance permit request by the operator.
2618093	Primary Facility	2017-07-20	Routine/Complete Inspection	No Violations Noted	On Thursday, July 20, 2017, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the NV26 Well Site located in Morris Township, Greene County. The access road and well pad were in decent condition and the site has been stabilized with vegetation. The secondary containment around the production tank appeared to be in good condition and functioning as intended. The gas wells appeared to be in good working order and each was labelled as required. The ESCGP for the site construction was terminated in August 2014. Although the operator is not required to keep permit drawings on-site, the operator should consider keeping an as-built drawing relative to the site restoration plan and including any required PCSM controls. A Frac tank was observed on-site placed within a hay bail and poly liner containment structure. Several holes were observed in the poly liner of the containment.
