1893355 Primary Facility 06/18/2010 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, but the well was not equipped for production. Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Additional erosion control measures had been implemented as outlined in the 06/09 inspection and phone conversation with Snyder Bros. Rep Doug Miller. Clean durable rock had also been added to the construction entrance for the access road. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Operator should continue to monitor the site and access road for E&S issues until well development and final site restoration activities are completed.
1950633 Primary Facility 02/17/2011 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling completed, well equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded, seeded, mulched and the vegetation had begun to take hold. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site.
