Drill pit contained fluids and drill cuttings and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. All erosion controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan.

2042391 Primary Facility 02/10/2012 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for production. The site appeared to have been temporarily stabilized at some point with mulch. It was noted that the site hadn't been fully restored. Specifically the site had been regraded, there was no vegetative cover on the well pad, and the access road required final grading. At this time the Department is requesting that the operator forward the following documentation: a completed Well Record and Completion Report and a schedule outlining when final site restoration activities will be completed. This documentation should be forwarded no later than 02/21/12.
