2465987 Primary Facility 2016-03-18 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Well has been spud. Operator drilled 26-inch borehole to 40’ and set and cemented 40’ of 20” conductor pipe. Conductor pipe is cemented to surface. Operator drilled a 75’deep mousehole adjacent the conductor. The mousehole is lined with 75’ of 16” pipe with a plate welded on the end, sealing the bottom. The mousehole is cemented in place. Operator preparing to install well cellars.
2480534 Primary Facility 2016-04-12 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Intermediate section of borehole drilled to 3,345’. 9 5/8” casing was run in the hole to 3,289’. The 9 5/8” casing was set and cemented to the surface on 4/1/2016. 40 barrels of cement was displaced to the surface. Cement fall back occurred. A bond log was run to evaluate the cement job and verify that the CAP performed as designed. Rig off well.
