Complainant does recall that there was pit failure during that time and it entered a stream downslope of the site. Inspection record related to this event is 1440265.Site was visited with O&G inspector, Bruce Jankura. We were accompanied by the following Spectra Energy/Steckman Ridge personell: Kevin McCrary, Brad Weigly and Keith Anderson. Site inspection is in response to complaint #264749, that there is a v-shaped area of dead trees. Upon inspection of site, conformation of dead trees was made. The site had been restored and was stabilized. Mr. Anderson said that the property was transferred to Steckman Ridge within the passed 2 yrs and upon preliminary inspection of the site, those trees were dead and noted by DEP personel from Harrisburg.
