Two wells are staged for production, each with a well tag. Two GPUs are present with sand separators. The GPU and sand separators are moderately corroded. Two steel produced water tanks are present within steel containment with plastic lining. The produced water tanks are mildly corroded. The containment is in good condition overall.

The area surrounding the pad and access road within the LOD is well-vegetated and stable. PCSMs are holding water which is frozen. The E&S log notes that they have been holding water for a few months. No E&S issues noted.
