2627776 Primary Facility 2017-06-13 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted On 06/12/17 at 1143 hours Dennis Furmanek of Rice Energy reported to the Department a spill of 50 gallons of diesel fuel had occurred at approximately 0945 hours at the site. Furmanek reported SPSI would be performing the cleanup and that absorbent materials were placed immediately after the spill.

On 06/13/17 at approximately 1300 hours an incident response inspection was conducted. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The spill area was being excavated to remove impacted material at the time of inspection. The spill has resulted in a violation of SWMA 301.
