Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1965452 Primary Facility 04/12/2011 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2010360 Primary Facility 10/13/2011 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2139971 Primary Facility 02/13/2013 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted 4 gas wells drilled at this site
2473608 Primary Facility 2016-04-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the Talisman Energy USA, Inc. – Noble (03-029) S Well pad on 4/11/2016 @ 1145. The weather was 41° cloudy/rain, 36% humidity, winds 12 mph SSW. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 4/8/2016.

4 wells were visible on the pad surface. Well tags were observed. The cut slope appeared stabilized. The secondary containment surrounding the produced fluid tanks was holding ~8 inches of water. The field conductivity of the water was measured at 695 µS/cm. The fill slopes appear stabilized in most areas. A few spots were bare, with gravel cover. Rock lined ditches appear functional. No violations are issued at this time. Please contact me with any questions.

2589311 Primary Facility 2017-05-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection to assess overall site conditions. I arrived on site at 14:00 hrs. No violations cited.
2711033 Primary Facility 2018-03-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection to assess overall site conditions. No violations noted.
2811260 Primary Facility 2018-12-06 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol Oil & Gas's Noble S (03-029) Well Pad in Wells Twp, Bradford County on 12/6/2018 at 1055 hours. The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The weather was partly cloudy, windy and 28 degrees.

There are currently 4 producing wells onsite with 2 production tanks. The site appears to be well vegetated, stabilized, and no erosional issues were observed. No temporary E&S BMPs were observed. All PCSM BMPs were in place and appeared to be functioning.

I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. Upon submission, a Well Site Restoration Report will also be accepted.

No violations noted at this time, I departed the site at 1125 hours.
