2720268 Primary Facility 2018-04-19 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted The well was spud on 4/17/18. The operator drilled a 30-inch borehole to 40'. A 26" conductor pipe has been set at 40' and was cemented to the surface by displacement through tubing on 4/18/18.

A mouse hole has been installed adjacent to the conductor. The mouse hole was completed by drilling a 20" borehole to 75'. A 16" pipe was set at 75' and cemented to the surface by displacement through tubing. The 16" mouse hole pipe is capped on the bottom.

The operator is currently installing well cellars.
