2784404 Primary Facility 2018-10-04 Site Restoration No Violations Noted A restoration inspection was conducted in response to a wellsite restoration report being received by the DEP on September 10, 2018. All post construction Stormwater management BMPs are installed and the site is stabilized for the requirements of chapter 102.22. The wellsite restoration report was accepted. A notice of termination for the erosion and sediment control general permit could be accepted upon submittal, based on current site conditions. There is one well drilled that appears to be capable of production and seven additional plugged wells located at this site. No violations were noted during this inspection.
