2638865 Primary Facility 2017-09-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection to assess overall site conditions. No issues noted, and no violations cited.
2720605 Primary Facility 2018-04-19 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Electrical conductivity readings taken with an Oakton PCSTestr 35 today; a puddle on the pad is 0.20 mS/cm. Air temp 36F. JLP
2799095 Primary Facility 2018-11-06 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of the Repsol Oil & Gas's Feusner J 03-045 Pad in Columbia Township, Bradford County on 11/6/2018 at 1010 hours. This inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The weather was 51 degrees and raining.

There are currently two producing wells onsite with one production tank. This is a very wet pad from all of the recent rain. All PCSM practices are in place and functioning properly. The site is very well vegetated and stabilized. No temporary E&S BMPs were observed onsite. A well site restoration report will be accepted upon submission.

I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations noted at this time.

I departed the site at 1035.

2846964 Primary Facility 2019-03-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I did not take electrical conductivity readings because I did not see any pooled liquid on site (all frozen).

The berm (photo) around the west and south sides of the site could be considered a PCSM control. Air temp 32 F, cloudy JLP
