Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2003048 Primary Facility 09/15/2011 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2176406 Primary Facility 06/17/2013 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted
2576936 Primary Facility 2017-03-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Five wells appear to be in production phase. Three wells plugged. Six separators are within containment. No leaks detected from production equipment. Site stable. No violations.
2800417 Primary Facility 2018-11-07 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol Oil & Gas's Yurkanin J (03-014) well pad in Columbia Township, Bradford County on 11/7/2018 at 1315 hours. The weather was 56 degrees, windy, and partly cloudy. The inspection was conducted in response to a notice of termination received by the DEP.

There are currently 5 producing wells and 3 plugged wells onsite with two production tanks. All PCSM practices are in place. The site is well vegetated and appears to be stabilized. No temporary E&S BMPs were observed. A well site restoration report will be accepted upon submission.

I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations noted at this time.

I departed the site at 1345.
