Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2013432 Primary Facility 10/24/2011 Routine/Complete Inspection Pending No well tag. Cellar filled with water, no visible bubbling. No gauges on annuli.
2300930 Primary Facility 08/28/2014 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2449579 Primary Facility 2016-02-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2637484 Primary Facility 2017-09-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On September 13, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil & Gas USA LLC, Hartnett R 05-097 well site. The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins. Nobody was present for Repsol.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was well vegetated and no erosion issues were observed. Two infiltration basins were observed to be installed to address PCSM. Repsol obtained a two year restoration extension from the Department on 9/13/2017.

One well was in production during the inspection. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. One GPU and two production tanks were observed on site and in secondary containment. No staining was observed on the well pad surface and all conductivity readings that were taken were low.

No violations were observed during the inspection.
