2792602 Primary Facility 2018-10-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of Repsol's Feusner (03-053) well pad in Columbia Twp, Bradford County on 10/22/2018 at 1340 hours. The weather was cloudy & breezy and 42 degrees.

The sign on the gate has fallen off and is lying on the ground (See photo #1). There are currently 9 active wells onsite with two production tanks. All fluids on the pad surface were field measured within normal conductivity ranges. The site is stabilized and no erosion issues were noted.

No violations noted at this time. I departed the site at 1405.

2799194 Primary Facility 2018-11-06 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol Oil & Gas's Feusner 03-053 Well Pad in Columbia Township, Bradford County on 11/6/2018 at 1050 hours. The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The weather was 51 degrees and raining.

This site currently has 9 producing wells and two production tanks. All PCSM practices are in place and appear to be functioning. The site is well vegetated, stabilized and no temporary E&S BMPs were observed. A well site restoration report will be accepted upon submission.

I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations noted at this time.

I departed the site at 1120.
