2651122 Primary Facility 2017-10-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On October 18, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil & Gas USA LLC, Acres (05-229) well site in Windham, Township Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for Repsol.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was well vegetated. A small erosion gully had formed at the gravel containment berm that surrounds the pad. The Department recommends repairing the gully and directing stormwater to the bioretention basins. There were two bioretention basins installed at the site to address PCSM.

There were three wells in production during the inspection. Two production tanks and three GPUs were observed on secondary containment. Puddles on the pad were low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the well pad surface.

No violations were observed.

2792752 Primary Facility 2018-10-22 Site Restoration No Violations Noted NOT approval.

I took electrical conductivity readings from pooled water on site with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. A puddle near the access gate is 0.31 mS/cm, puddle near the production tanks is 0.45 mS/cm. JLP
