Topsoil stockpiles and areas around the access road were well vegetated. No erosion issues were observed during the inspection. PCSM was addressed at the site.

Six wells were in production during the inspection. The wells were all observed to be labeled. One production tank and six GPUs were observed in secondary containment. A sand separator and frac tank were also on site and on secondary containment near the well heads. Puddles on the pad were low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the well pad surface.

The well pad has not been reduced in size, but PCSM has been addr
