2659163 | Primary Facility | 2017-11-02 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, well is shut in behind the separator. When speaking with operator, was told the pipe has an issue, but plans are to fix and produce. There is 4 1/2" casing, 2 3/8" and 1" tubing in well. Annulus is closed. Well is hooked up to a pump jack (head is down) and separator. There are 2 poly tanks (75 bbl) within an earthen dike. There was a gauge reading 65 psi. A smell of gas was noticed.
Would like to have operator open annulus while DEP is onsite to check well integrity. |
2691598 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-01 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, well is shut in. Well integrity appeared to be in good condition. Met with Ed Vogel Jr. to check pressures. The pressure on the inside of the tubing was 0 psi. The next string out, which looked to be 3 1/2"-4 1/2" had a lot of gas. Then the string outside of that had just as much pressure, this was 7". The well record states the well has 5 1/2", 7", and 8". The operator wishes to fix the well and produce and was going to contact some people to try and do so. |
