Well integrity was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills at the site. Well was properly labeled and the Emergency Response sign remains posted at the site entrance. There were 4 separators, 2 dual line heaters, and 5 tanks all within a lined, steel dike. 4 tanks were being used for produced water and the other for condensate. There was also a gas buster hooked up at the site. The pad is fenced in with a locked gate. Production is being reported to the Department.
