Well was spud and 24" conductor was set to 40'. Cellar has been cemented in as well. A mouse hole was drilled beside the well. Well is covered with a steel plate and a cattle fence surrounds it. Permit is correctly posted at the lease entrance. Emergency Response sign remains posted.
2674745 Primary Facility 2017-12-13 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Appalachian Drillers 1 was onsite waiting on cement from surface casing job. 545 sxs Class A (118 bbls), 2% Gypsum, 2% CaCl2, 15.6 ppg, 1.22 yield. Displaced with 93 bbls water. Did not bump plug, floats did hold. 21 bbls were returned to surface. Job ended at 3:15 AM. A float shoe and float collar were used along with 5 centralizers. Well permit was posted. Containment that was down appeared free of holes or tears. All chemicals were contained.

Man camps were still present. Well was covered with a steel plate. Intermediate casing was cemented using 700 sxs Class A (152 bbls), 2% Gypsum, 2% CaCl2, 15.6 ppg, 1.22 yield. Displaced with 153 bbls water. Bumped plug, and floats held. 25 bbls were returned to surface. A float shoe and float collar were used along with 16 centralizers.

Production casing was cemented using a lead of 225 sxs 35:65 Poz Class H (44 bbls), 15.2 ppg, 1.1 yield and tail of 1908 sxs Class H, 35% Acid Soluble (532 bbls), 15.6 ppg, 1.57 yield. This was displaced with 410 bbls water with inhibitor. Plug was bumped and a trace of spacer returned to surface. Floats held. Top of cement is calculated to be at 6211'. A float shoe and float collar were used along with 320 centralizers.

Terry Bowser construction crew onsite doing post drilling cleanup activities. Drill Rig mobilized off of site on Saturday. Two wells drilled (Permit Nos.37-019-22473 and 37-019-22694). Five roll off boxes and one Frac tank onsite for temporary disposal of residual waste. Two 400 bbl production tanks installed within secondary containment. No apparent issues. Snow on ground.
