2619995 Primary Facility 2017-07-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This will pad has drilled wells, with the fracturing process continuing. The operator has all water and waste tanks set within containment and all other storage tanks are contained as well. No spills or leaks are noted on this site. Vegetation around the site is mostly good, although some areas on the east and west sides of the site have sparse vegetation. The site ID sign is at the entrance to the site, as well as the mail box with the inspection log.
2670006 Primary Facility 2017-12-12 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Getting ready to frac this well. Zipper fracing 3 wells. Nothing going on today, they are moving frac iron and pressure test.
2758470 Primary Facility 2018-07-31 Site Restoration No Violations Noted This is a producing Marcellus shale location. Drilling and completions are finished and the operator has pulled much of the site matting. Large piles of stone are on site to be spread onto these areas. Vegetation is adequate around the site and along the access road. The access is stable and the areas around the crossings are in good condition.
