2624240 Primary Facility 2017-08-09 Administrative/File Review In Compliance with Policy Admin inspection in response to inspection record 2624234.

At 1404, operator representative Dave Whitesel contacted the Department via phone to provide an update.

Per Mr. Whitesel: The clear fluid dripping is believed to be oil leaking as a result of a loose lubricator. The oil is cleaned up and the lubricator has been tightened. The well will continue to be monitored to ensure the leaking does not re-occur and to verify that it was leaking due to a loose lubricator.

This concern has been forwarded to the OGI for follow-up as appropriate.

2624320 Primary Facility 2017-08-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Oil staining on well head tree from lubricator.
