2685450 Primary Facility 2018-01-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This site located north of Interstate 80, west off Metz Road on a road that accesses Bartley Oil and Gas Co. LLC wells 031-01502, 031-01503, 031-01504, 031-01501 are in a wooded area. The well is set-up for production with a pump jack, produced fluids are piped east to a tank separator, two oil tanks and a brine tank are set-up at the gate on the access road. The oil tanks are located in secondary containment. The steel brine tank is rusted and appears to be leaking near the bottom of the tank. This tank needs to be replaced. Production reports submitted 2014 through 2016. Production report for 2017 due by February 15, 2018.

This well transferred from B&S Oil Co to Bartley Oil and Gas Co LLC on 12/18/2014.
