Due to excessive water conditions, Rig 19 going to set water stringer (9 5/8¿) at 336 ft. Surface casing (7) going to be set at 1500 ft. Depth of well was 290 ft. No signs of gas leak from around well and equipment
1924840 Primary Facility 11/03/2010 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection, well actively being drilled. Properly signed with ES plan. All bmp¿s installed and functioning according to plan. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues observed with access road or site. Called Mike Cioffi of Kriebel and discussed concerns with pit levels and cuttings, who agreed to have noted concerns addressed immediately. A follow up inspection will be conducted in the near future to observed measures taken to address concerns with pit.

Surface casing (7) set at 1565 ft with 270 sks Class A with 13 bbl return. Recement on 6 3/8¿ hole at 75 sks Class A. Basket set at 126 ft on 9 5/8¿ and 7¿at 84 ft. Additional water located at 1520 ft. Current depth was 1980 ft. No signs of gas leak from around well and equipment.

Site properly signed with ES plan available for review. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted, but observed minor ponding of water along access road (on left when entering well site) Left message with Mike Cioffi (11-18-10 @1230pm) to address the issues, by installing a ditch or adding additional rock to roadway culvert.. Three above grade pits, all of which were lined and sustained adequate freeboard; therefore previous concerns with freeboard and prevention of possible IW discharge appeared to be addressed by operator since last inspection.

According to records, drilling occurred 10/27/2010-11/07/2010. Well tag present, legible. Brine tank appears sound, located within earthen dike.

Access road stabilized with rock. Well site is permanently stabilized with >70% uniform and adequate vegetative growth. No accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation issues observed at this time.
