Water detected at 100 ft and 335 ft. Stratigraphy consisted of coal, ss and sh. Surface casing (8 7/8) set at 1560 ft. Superior at the site cementing the surface casing during inspection. No signs of gas leak from around well and equipment.

1907934 Primary Facility 08/11/2010 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, rig was onsite. Site was properly signed with E&S plan. Filter fence was properly installed and functioning down gradient of site. One below grade pit onsite surrounded by fence, pit had at least 2ft of lined freeboard and appeared sound, operator should continue to monitor freeboard levels. Recommended that driller install a diffuser on pipe to minimize dust and cuttings from splattering along side of pit. Access road was stable; recommend that operator rock culvert outlets to resist erosion. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted.
