The well had a well tag installed and a minimum uniform 70% perennial vegetative cover, with a density capable of resisting accelerated erosion and sedimentation was observed at the site. Various equipment and materials were stored on-site. As per Section 3216(d) (Items related to production or storage), Within nine months after plugging a well, the owner or operator shall remove all production or storage facilities, supplies and equipment. If these materials are to remain, please provide express written consent from the landowner. No violations were cited during this inspection.
