115-20471 115-20470 115-20469 115-20468 115-20467 115-20466 115-20465 The well pad was vegetated in excess of the 70% perennial vegetative standard, the grading was up to par and the temporary BMPs had been removed from the site. The site was stable and well vegetated with no apparent erosional issues. I recommend APPROVAL of this Notice Of Termination. There were no violations. The access road leading in was in good condition, with no debris leaving the site onto the macadam road (Turnpike Road). The well pad itself was solid and stable as well, with no excessive mud or ponding. There was some ponding but it just rained heavily the previous day. The cut slope had vegetation where it was not rock. The fill slopes were stable and solid despite recent heavy rains. All vegetation on site was thick, lush and perennial. There were no erosional issues observed during the inspection.
