The weather was clear and 21 degrees. This site was recently acquired by Repsol from Tenaska Resources. The act 9 sign was observed by the entrance to the site. The onsite inspection log was found in the mailbox by the gate and the last inspection was conducted by company personnel on 2/14/2019.

There is currently one well producing onsite (LUCCA 1) with one production tank. The site is well vegetated and stabilized. A small slump was observed on the North slope which has been revegetated (see photo #5). No spills or releases were observed and containment structures appeared intact and functional.

The DEP is requesting a plan to achieve compliance with restoration requirements, including a schedule of the planned activities, be submitted.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1145 hours.
