Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2128050 Primary Facility 01/02/2013 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted in production
2594176 Primary Facility 2017-05-16 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted There are 3 wells capable of production at this site; all with well tags. A review of DEP records shows there are three plugged wells at this location; no monuments were observed. No violations were cited during this inspection.
2600301 Primary Facility 2017-06-02 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted And administrative inspection was conducted to document the fact that in a previous inspection report, due to a typographical error in department records, it was incorrectly noted the erosion and sedimentation control general permit (ESCGP)h had expired. The ESCGP for this site actually expires on 10/8/2019.
2614489 Primary Facility 2017-07-07 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted EC readings w Oakton PCSTestr 35 (mS/cm): pad--0.45, production tank containment--0.17, separator containment--0.27. I spoke with Tim Baker (Repsol) and Bishop Brothers on site. They are setting up to replace the 23/8" tubing on 117-20315.
2649326 Primary Facility 2017-10-19 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP arrived on site at approximately 2:05 PM. The weather was clear, sunny and the temperature was approximately 68 degrees. This inspection was conducted in response to a notice of termination received by the DEP on September 22, 2017. The notice of termination is recommended for approval. The DEP to part of the site at approximately 2:30 PM.
2716733 Primary Facility 2018-04-10 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted I took electrical conductivity readings with an Oaktn PCSTestr 35. A puddle on the pad gave a 0.13 mS/cm reading today. Air temp 35F. JLP
2846508 Primary Facility 2019-02-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of Repsol's DCNR 587 02-001 Well Pad in Ward Township, Tioga County on 2/28/2019 at 1200 hours. The weather was partly cloudy and 22 degrees. The pad had 1-2 inches of snow cover on top and was very icy.

The act 9 sign was observed at the entrance of the site. The E&S plan was available for review in the mailbox by the gate. Crew was observed onsite using a top hole rig to drill and set conductors for the 3 new wells (7H, 9H, & 11H). A skid steer and bucket were used to dispose of top hole cuttings into a roll off bin. There are currently 3 already producing wells onsite (4H, 5H, & 6H). PCSM BMPs were observed installed and functional. No erosional issues could be observed. All containment structures were intact and all fluids on the pad were frozen solid today. There was no evidence of releases or spills.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1240 hours.
