The weather was 75°, partly cloudy with 71% humidity. This site was permitted under the Krause Meter ESCGP-1 59-09-805.
2497270 Primary Facility 2016-06-30 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted SWEPI called to report a 10 gallon release of produced liquid. 6 Marcellus Shale wells producing natural gas from this ~1.3 acre pad
2835797 Primary Facility 2019-02-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Chapman 237 Well Pad in Sullivan Twp, Tioga County on 2/4/2019 at 1225 hours. The weather was sunny and 54 degrees. Very little snow currently remains on the pad. The act 9 sign was observed at the start of the access road and the E&S Plan was in the mailbox. I spoke with the landowner onsite who mentioned an area on the pad slope that is constantly wet. I will document and follow up with this.

There are currently 6 wells in production, the 1H-6H with 6 production tanks. All PCSM BMPs are in place and functioning. The site remains well stabilized and vegetated. The bridge/access road crossing of the stream north of the pad looked good and no erosion was observed. All fluids on the pad surface and in containment that were field measured has conductivities within normal ranges.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1305.
