2502624 Primary Facility 2016-07-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2835253 Primary Facility 2019-02-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Cole 236 well pad in Sullivan Twp, Tioga County on 2/4/2019 at 1315 hours. The weather was sunny and 57 degrees. The pad is currently very wet due to recent snow melt. The site ID sign was observed along with the E&S Plan and inspection log found in the mailbox by the entrance sign. The last self inspection was conducted today and noted no issues.

4 wells are currently in production and 2 are plugged. Well cellars were filled with water, no bubbling observed. All PCSM BMPs are functioning and no erosional issues were observed. The pad remains stabilized. All field measured fluids were found to be within normal conductivity ranges. Containment structures appear to be functioning well.

No violations or issues noted today, I departed the site at 1340.
