2642352 Primary Facility 2017-10-02 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted The DEP Environmental Cleanup and Brownfields (ECB) program has reviewed the "Remedial Action Completion Report submitted on June 28, 2017 regarding a release that occurred on the Chapman 237 wellsite on December 22, 2016. The report was prepared by SWEPI LP and submitted to the DEP in accordance with the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act (Act 2) constitute a "Final Report" as defined in Chapter 3. On September 28, 2017 the DEP approved the report in accordance with the provisions of Act 2. The violations cited on 12/28/2017 have been resolved.
2835811 Primary Facility 2019-02-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Chapman 237 Well Pad in Sullivan Twp, Tioga County on 2/4/2019 at 1225 hours. The weather was sunny and 54 degrees. Very little snow currently remains on the pad. The act 9 sign was observed at the start of the access road and the E&S Plan was in the mailbox. I spoke with the landowner onsite who mentioned an area on the pad slope that is constantly wet. I will document and follow up with this.

There are currently 6 wells in production, the 1H-6H with 6 production tanks. All PCSM BMPs are in place and functioning. The site remains well stabilized and vegetated. The bridge/access road crossing of the stream north of the pad looked good and no erosion was observed. All fluids on the pad surface and in containment that were field measured has conductivities within normal ranges.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1305.
