Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1915543 Primary Facility 09/16/2010 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Randsom Auger- Well spud, E&S in place, Pit liner torn on top of berm and small holes poked on top, reported to Range.
1934226 Primary Facility 10/26/2010 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Falcon 1 - TD@5020, returns on cement, drilling ahead, site and location good, pit good
1938172 Primary Facility 12/14/2010 Drilling/Alteration Viol(s) Noted & Immediately Corrected 07:00 received call from Range that a diesel spill occurred on the Painter Pad, Arrived on site 08:00. An air bleed off valve on the air compressor day tank was opened and approximately 100 gallons of fuel flowed into the containment area. However, when the containment was built a seam was left unsealed allowing fuel to discharge on to the ground. Cleanup was underway upon my arrival. All equipment was removed from the immediate area affected, the containment was torn down and all ground was being excavated and being put into roll off boxes to be taken to approved site. Frozen ground helped keep the impact minimal and more manageable
1983511 Primary Facility 04/26/2011 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Patterson 316 - TD@ 6438, building curve, site and location good, pit good,
2765712 Primary Facility 2018-08-21 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On 8/21/2018 at approximately 10:30, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Painter Unit 1H Well Site located in Chartiers Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • Wells on site were clearly marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs on site appeared to be in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and were in good condition.
  • The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70% vegetative growth.

No violations were found during this inspection.
