2819405 Primary Facility 2018-12-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 12/19/2018 at approximately 11:30, I conducted a routine inspection of the Georgetti Shawn well site located in Independence Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • The Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared in good condition.
  • GPU on site appeared in good condition.
  • All wells were marked and appeared in good condition.
  • Some erosion was observed leaving a culvert adjacent to access road which should be addressed by the operator.

No violations were found during this inspection.
