2851614 Primary Facility 2019-03-11 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a restoration inspection of Repsol's Detweiler R 02-100 well pad in Covington Twp, Tioga County on 3/11/2019 at 1255 hours. The weather was sunny and 45 degrees. The inspection was conducted in response to a well site restoration report received by the DEP. The act 9 sign was observed at the site entrance. The E&S Plan and inspection log were available in the mailbox by the gate. Company personnel last inspected the site on 3/4/2019.

There is currently three producing wells onsite (4H-6H). No evidence of spills or releases was noted. Containment structures were intact and functioning. PCSM BMPs were observed as functional. The pad is well vegetated and stabilized. There is a minor erosional channel on the access road by the gate. This channel is providing a route for storm water from the pad to divert around the BMPs (see photo #2). This should be fixed. There is silt sock still installed on the western edge of the pad downslope of both infiltration basins. This should be removed as part
