2812532 Primary Facility 2018-12-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Starks 460 well pad in Richmond Twp, Tioga County on 12/10/2018 at 1110 hours. The weather was cloudy and 30 degrees.

There are currently seven producing wells onsite with two Highland production tanks. The site appears to remain stabilized and is well vegetated. No erosional issues were observed. Fluids on pad surface were frozen.

No violations noted, I departed the site at 1125 hours.
