Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2052938 Primary Facility 03/20/2012 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2188477 Primary Facility 08/01/2013 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted fracking gas wells 4, 5, & 6. 1, 2, 3 not drilled yet.
2202199 Primary Facility 09/04/2013 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Gas wells 4,5,6 producing. 1.2.3 not drilled
2301441 Primary Facility 08/05/2014 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2306608 Primary Facility 08/05/2014 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2594367 Primary Facility 2017-05-17 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted There are three wells on the site capable of production. All three well tags were present. There were three additional cellars on the pad. There were no leaks observed around the containment structure or staining on the ground surface. There was no corrosion observed on the tanks. Repsol is reminded that weekly inspections are to be conducted until such time as the notice of termination has been approved for the erosion and sedimentation control general permit. No violations were cited during this inspection
2600361 Primary Facility 2017-06-02 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted And administrative inspection was completed to document the fact that in a previous inspection report, due to a typographical error in department records, it was incorrectly noted the erosion and sedimentation control general permit (ESCGP)h had expired. The ESCGP for this site actually expires on 10/8/2019.
2707634 Primary Facility 2018-03-20 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted I did not see any standing liquid on site. Repsol restored part of the pad area, which is temporarily stabilized. Air temp 32. JLP
