The weather was clear, sunny, an 31 degrees. The Act 9 sign was observed at the entrance to the site. The E&S Plan was in the mailbox by the entrance.

There are 5 well cellars onsite with capped wells. No equipment is onsite. The entire site remains well vegetated and is stabilized. No erosional issues were observed. PCSM BMPs were installed and functional. No evidence of spills or releases exist.

No violations noted today. I departed the site at 1050 hours.
