2835284 Primary Facility 2019-02-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Delaney 651 Well Pad in Sullivan Twp, Tioga County on 2/4/2019 at 1350 hours. The weather was sunny and 57 degrees. A lot of standing water was on the pad from the recent snow melt.

The pad remains well vegetated and stabilized. The site Id sign, E&S plan and onsite inspection log were all at the entrance of the site. The last inspection was conducted by company personnel on 1/29/2019 and noted no issues. PCSM BMPs are functioning and maintained. All fluids field measured on the pad surface were within normal conductivity ranges. Containments onsite were in good shape.

No violations or issues noted today. I departed the site at 1420 hours.
