The weather was 30 degrees and partly cloudy. The act 9 sign was observed at the site entrance along with the site's E&S Plan which was in the mailbox. The onsite inspection log was in the mailbox by the entrance. Company personnel last inspected the site on 3/3/2019 and noted no issues.
There is currently 3 Marcellus wells onsite (2H, 4H, & 6H). Parts of the site have been recently reclaimed. The infiltration berm to the east, reclaimed portion of the pad to the north, and the reclaimed pony pad all looked good today. No erosional issues were noted. All disturbed areas have silt sock lined downgrade of them. The constructed areas all matched the site restoration plan.
