2831753 Primary Facility 2019-01-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 1/18/2019 at approximately 930, I conducted a routine inspection of the Lee Wagers well site located in Amwell Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • Production fluid tanks within secondary containment and appeared in good condition.
  • GPUs appeared in good condition.
  • All wells on site were marked and appeared in good condition.
  • The site appeared stable with no signs of accelerated erosion.

No violations observed during inspection.

2847951 Primary Facility 2019-02-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Wagers well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The access road was maintained and in good condition. The outer slopes were stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained no leaks or defects The production tanks were in good condition no defects or leaks. The production tanks secondary containment was intact.

The GPU for the active well 1H did not have any secondary containment as required in 78a64a. The wells were drilled and developed in 2015-2016 and are exempt in lieu of a COA. The site is in compliance with the Departments policy.
