The site is located in West Finley Twp., Washington County. The inspection was a routine inspection of the site after a request by the operator to review the site prior to submission of a Notice of Termination for the ESCGP1 permit.
The Act 9 sign was in place and legible. The access road and well pad are in good condition. The site is stable with greater than 70% perennial vegetative cover. The operator has recently restored the site to interim restoration requirements, and has removed all the E&S BMPs. 5 wells have been drilled to completion on site and are equipped for production. The GPUs for the 5 wells equipped for production are in good condition, but are not in secondary containment.
